Monday @ 6:00-7:30pm, Saber Focused Virtual Practice – All Welcome!

Tuesday @ 7:00-8:00pm, Saber Partner Drills, You will need a buddy/family member with safe equipment or second saber. This is geared for families!

Thursday @ 7:00-8:30pm, Saber Intensive Footwork and Drills. All Welcome!
What you need:

Space you can move to do at least an advance lunge.

Clear overhead (don’t take down any lighting) and ability to move side to side and not take some pictures on the wall.

Water bottle.

Saber blade or like object you can move safely with.
-
Ability to video your feet and arms while moving. No hiding! Please set this up before you login to your first class.

Pointy weapon peeps, Coach Stephen stephen@midsouthfencersclub.org is going to continue to have watch parties and is coordinating this via Mid-South Foil and Epee Facebook Group. Please join and if you are not on Facebook, email Stephen so he can include you on future Zoom links!
We are now offering 30 minute lessons online. Right now, lessons are only available on Zoom. Online lessons are being scheduled through May at this point… We suspect some sort of hybrid in-person and online system to evolve. Sign up here and email Jeff if you are having login issues.
Need some Mid-South swag OR want to buy some equipment to use at home? We can arrange pick up or delivery. Kit cost will vary based on newness, size availability and what you need. Send an email to Cathleen at cathleen@midsouthfencersclub.org and let her know what items (number and sizes) you would like to buy.
