[AFA] Unwillingness to Fight

The FIE and USA Fencing have updated the rule for non-combativity — now called Unwillingness to Fight. The new rule went into effect at the February 2019 Junior Olympics. If you”re not up-to-date on this rule, the US Fencing Referee Commission has put together information to help you familiarize yourself with the changes.
