Thanks for a great Divisionals! Full minutes of the Division membership meeting will be posted soon. Here is the quick version:

State Games Update: The State Games will be June 21 in Greensboro, NC--it will be $30/first event, $10/event thereafter, with a free T-shirt with registration. For more information, visit the State Games website at www.ncsports.org. Please note that you must sign up either electronically on this website ($5 off your registration!) or via the paper form found at this site. The AskFred registration is just there to see who will show up. So far, quite a few people will be, so please come and experience the first Fencing event in several years of NC State Games.

The Division meeting will take place after the end of fencing at Divisionals, on Saturday, April 12 at the Alamance County YMCA in Burlington, NC. Updated proxy forms have been posted here, though the old proxy form will work if the dates are changed.
These forms should be in the hands of the Division Secretary by Wednesday, April 9, so please send these out soon! Sorry for the short time frame!

Kathy Walters is regretfully resigning as Division Chair due to a very serious illness in the family. Bryan Lanier is taking over as Chair for the rest of the 2007-8 fencing season, and will be resigning as Division Secretary. Cameron Paschall, the Division Vice-Chair of Youth Development, will be Acting Interim Secretary for the rest of the 2007-8 fencing season, or until we can find someone interested in the position.
